Starting as an interior systems carpenter, and growing into a successful entrepreneur leading operations nationally, Jacob has developed a passion for infrastructure and human resources. He started and quickly grew his labour supply business before selling it and moving to his new endeavour with Strive.
From professional car drifting, to alpine skiing and weight-lifting, Jacob has a natural drive for pushing the edge of the envelope. His persistent need of a new challenge led him to building a team of great leaders now known as Strive’s Directors and Partners.
As Founding Director, Jacob is the driving force of the organization.. Instrumental in sourcing strategic acquisitions, Jacob also streamlines his team's expertise and efforts towards optimization and best practices. He is also a key person in the post-acquisition integration, ensuring culture and core values are maintained and elevated within the organization.
